Welcome to Crossroads Christian Church |
We are excited to have this opportunity to share with you what we are all about. At Crossroads we are a family of believers whose unity is centered in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. As a family we work together to encourage one another and to share God's gift of love with the world. We offer regular activities for families, singles, youth and children and anyone who is seeking to grow spiritually and make a personal difference in the lives of others. What Can I Expect When I Arrive? - Worship at Crossroads begins at 10:00AM at Samsula Academy, located at 248 North Samsula Drive in New Smyrna. Dress is "come as you are." When you arrive be sure to look for the signs directing you to our worship area which takes place in the cafeteria of the school. You will be greeted by friendly people who can answer any questions that you may have. Need some coffee??? Walk on over and pick up a Cup of Joe and drink it during service. Music style is a blend of contemporary worship and traditional hymns all played by a live praise band that includes guitars, drums and keyboards. After worship in music partake in communion and offering if you desire. This is followed by a sermon that will inspire and challenge you in your relationship with Jesus Christ. Service usually last about an hour and we'll have you out of there in time to catch the big game or go out to lunch with your family and friends. Where Should I Take My Kids? - Nursery (0-2 years) and Children's Church (Pre-k - 5th grade) are available. Our Children's Church is designed to introduce children to "big church" while at the same time providing a Bible-based lesson that is age appropriate; we do this by having all children stay in worship through Communion and offering, they then meet their teacher by the door. Children's Church is located in portable #71 at Samsula Academy. The desire of our heart is to honor God in our worship, teaching, service and outreach by welcoming, loving and discipling all he places in our care. We hope that you will join us as we seek after God's will for His people in this place, at this time, for this generation. |
