It’s time to make your child's plans for summer camp 2010 at Crossroads summer camp - North Florida Christian Camp. Registration can be handled online here and through the mail. Those using the online registration option will save $15. Paying in installments is welcome online. Those who do not wish to pay online may use forms available at the welcome center on Sunday mornings.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Crossroads Christian Church desires that each child in the Crossroads family is able to experience church camp. For many children, it is the time they begin living a life for Jesus. This is the reason that each year, Crossroads Christian Church provides many scholarships for children who otherwise would not be able to attend camp.
Please be aware of key scholarship details for 2010:
- Scholarship forms must be completed and returned to Crossroads Christian Church prior to registration.
- Scholarships for a week of camp typically amount range from $50 - $125 (this will depend on how much of the scholarship is completed).
- A scholarship voucher number must be provided with online registrations. A paper voucher form must accompany mailed registration.
- Payment must accompany registration.
Step One: Determine Your Child's Scholarship Need
Is this scholarship money necessary for camp participation? If your family is able to save up and pay for camp without scholarship money, this would free funds for others who otherwise would not be able to participate. Please pray about this.
Step Two: Apply for a Voucher
If, after prayerful consideration, you determine the need for scholarship money, your child will need to complete and return a Crossroads Christian Church camp scholarship form to Lindsey Ellingwood, Children's Minister (e-mail), for those through grade 5, and Andy Ellingwood, Youth Minister (e-mail), for those in middle and high school.
If accepted, your child will receive a voucher from anywhere between $50 - $125 for a full week of camp. These vouchers may be applied to the cost of camp.
Step Three: Register For Camp
Two registration options are available.
1. The Preferred Option: Register online at www.nfcsc.org and enjoy many advantages.
- You save $15.
- You are able to use a credit card.
- You can directly apply your voucher number and receive a scholarship discount.
2. Mail option: Mail your completed registration form with payment by check (payable to NFCSC). Camp address is available at www.nfcsc.org. If you received a voucher, deduct the scholarship amount from the total, include the voucher number information on the form and include the voucher with your form and payment.
Those wishing to help provide camp tuition may make a check out to Crossroads Christian Church, write “Camp Tuition” in the memo line and deposit it in the offering bag at any service.
